The hotel is pet-friendly and has a nice warm pool. Room cleanliness could be better; I found hair and dirt in the bathroom. They offer a decent on-site restaurant with good food. Noisy at night due to other guests in the hall.

I really enjoyed how easy it was to get around town from this hotel, with major roads that allow you to hit all the attractions and parks like Brackridge Park or the Children's Museum in just a short drive, plus there are tons of restaurants nearby, like Dave & Buster's just a quick walk away, which is perfect for families looking to have fun together; the bed was super comfy and the staff was welcoming, but I think the cleaning could use some improvement as I noticed the bathrooms weren't as fresh as they should be.

Our king room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and having extra towels was a huge plus. the strong urine odor in the room was hard to shrug off, even after housekeeping attempted to address it. The elevator noise was disruptive, adding to a restless night. While the location was convenient, the lack of breakfast and poor lighting in the bathroom left something to be desired. The early check-in was a welcome surprise. Clean room, fresh linens, and all amenities in place created a sense of comfort. The staff, particularly Maria, were friendly and accommodating. issues surfaced. Bed bugs made my stay intolerable, and the lack of urgency from management to address this was concerning. A cockroach sighting shouldn't occur in a respectable establishment. To top it off, items went missing from my room without any resolution or follow-up. While the location was convenient and I appreciated the cleanliness, the lack of attention to serious matters speaks volumes. I cannot recommend this hotel after such experiences.

I couldn't believe how filthy the place was! Roaches crawling everywhere, mold on the walls, and the shower head was disgusting. It felt like they hadn't cleaned in ages-just gross! We should have left as soon as we saw it.

My friends and I had a lit time exploring the cool areas near Best Western Hotel JTB. Free wifi was clutch for sharing snaps, and the outdoor pool was perfect for chilling after hitting the waves with some jet skiing and kayaking. Total vibe!

Wish there was a sick rooftop bar for us party animals to vibe at night.

So, here's the scoop - the heating and air conditioning in our room were top-notch. We were able to customize the room temperature just the way we liked it, which was a big plus for us. the flat-screen TV provided some entertainment during downtime, which was nice. On the downside, I have to mention that the room lacked tea and coffee facilities, which was a bit disappointing as we enjoy having a hot beverage in the mornings. the free toiletries provided were a bit basic and could have been better quality. Housekeeping did an okay job overall, but we did notice some dust in certain areas that could have been easily missed. the laundry service seemed a bit slow, and we had to wait longer than expected to get our clothes back. One thing we really appreciated was the friendly staff who greeted us with a welcome drink upon arrival. I had the pleasure of experiencing a wide variety of facilities that weren't up to par, including dirty rooms and rude staff.

The free wifi made it easy for the kids to stay entertained, while the outdoor pool provided hours of fun under the sun. We explored the water activities nearby, trying out thrilling jet skiing and peaceful kayaking adventures. It was the perfect family getaway with plenty to do for everyone.

My wife says that families with kids would benefit from more children's activities.
